At Ignite Digital Solutions, we value your trust and strive to deliver the highest quality digital services, including website development, digital marketing, automation, and related solutions. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All payments made to Ignite Digital Solutions are for the time, effort, and resources dedicated to planning and executing each project. Since our services involve digital work, strategy development, and intellectual effort, we generally do not offer refunds once a project has started or a service has been delivered, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  1. Duplicate Payment: If a customer is charged more than once for the same service due to a technical or billing error, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate transaction after verification.
  2. Service Not Initiated: If the project or service has not been started and a formal cancellation request is received within 3 business days of payment, a partial refund may be processed after deducting administrative and processing charges.
  3. Non-Delivery of Service: In rare cases where a paid service has not been initiated or delivered within the agreed timeframe, and no mutual extension has been approved, the client may be eligible for a refund after internal review.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or client-side delays.
  • Completed project phases or milestones.
  • Marketing campaigns or digital ads once initiated or published.
  • Domain registrations, hosting, third-party tools, or any non-refundable digital assets purchased on behalf of the client.

All refund requests must be made in writing by emailing support@ignitedigital.in with a valid reason and supporting details. Our finance team will review each request and respond within 7–10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method originally used by the client.

Ignite Digital Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be available on this page with the latest revision date.
