Business Developement Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic business development Intern to join our team. As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to support lead-generation efforts, conduct market research, and assist in the execution of sales strategies. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment. Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation Activities: Assist in lead generation efforts by conducting online research, sending cold emails, making cold calls, and implementing other lead generation initiatives to identify potential customers and generate sales leads.

2. Contact Information Collection: Identify target regions, institutes, and industries to gather email and phone numbers for email and phone marketing campaigns. Conduct research and data collection to build a comprehensive database of potential leads.

3. CRM Management: Assist in updating the CRM system (HubSpot) with relevant and accurate information related to leads, prospects, and customer interactions. Ensure data integrity and consistency within the CRM platform.

4. Coordination with Sales and Marketing Teams: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategies. Communicate and coordinate effectively to ensure a streamlined and cohesive approach.

5. Sales Support: Support the sales team in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals. Participate in sales meetings and client calls to observe and learn about the sales process. Assist in maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems and updating sales databases. Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Requirements

1. Currently pursuing a degree or Graduated in business, marketing, or a related field. Sales or marketing coursework is a plus.

2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

3. Proficiency in using email and phone communication tools.

4. Ability to conduct research and gather contact information effectively.

5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with potential customers.

7. Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow in sales.
